Katherine W. Gulig (nee Sarao), 77, of Mullica Township passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at AtlantiCare Medical Center in Galloway Township. Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong resident of Hammonton and the Mullica Township area. Before retiring Katherine owned a diner/luncheonette in English Creek and she delivered papers for the Atlantic City Press. She enjoyed playing bingo, and cooking especially lasagna, which was her specialty.

Katherine was predeceased by her husband, David J. Gulig, her sons, David and Michael, and grandson, David Gulig Jr. She is survived her close friends, Dennis and Cheryl Salmon, her grandchildren, Amanda Gulig, Katherine Gulig Trout (Cody), Haley Gulig, Michael Gulig Jr., and great grandson, Cooper Trout, daughter in law, Stacy Gulig, sister-in-law, Tracy Neiss, and her brother, Tony Sarao.

Funeral services were private and burial was held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hammonton.
