William Kern, 67, of Egg Harbor Township passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025 at home with his wife by his side. Born in Somers Point, NJ he was raised in Linwood and graduated from Mainland High School in 1977. Bill proudly served in the U.S. Army. Before retiring he worked in the security department at Sands Casino in Atlantic City. Bill enjoyed working in the garden, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his father, William Howard Kern and brother, Ronald Kern. He is survived by his wife, Kristina Kern, his step-children, Michael Fox, Jared Fox (Alex), Tara-Jean McDonaugh (Pat), his mother Melba Kern, his sisters, Judy Kern, Colleen Kern and his brother, Jim Kern.
