Frank J. Santilli, III, 66 of Barnegat passed away unexpectedly at home with his family at his side on Monday, December 15, 2025. Frank was born in Hammonton and he lived most of his life there. He served honorably in the United States Navy. Before retiring he worked as a truck driver for Torrissi Transport in Hammonton He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a longtime member of Boot Hill Gun Club. He enjoyed playing cards, but his greatest joy was spending time with his five grandchidren and making them fried potatoes for breakfast.

Frank was predeceased by his parents, Frank J. Santilli Jr and Anne Marie Santilli (nee Ciarlante). He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Maxwell and her husband, David Maxwell, his five grandchildren, Aaliyah, Ezequiel, Isabella, Brooklynn and David, his siblings, Mary Jayne Santilli (Carlo Benedetti), James Santilli (Maria Santilli), Lisa Curcio, and Gary Santilli (Chrissie Pantane) and his his dog, Trooper.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 3:30 PM.
