Laura DiGioia Obituary

Laura DiGioia, (nee DelRossi) 102, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025, in Royal Suites Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Galloway. Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong area resident. Laura was a seamstress/sewing machine operator for Consolidated Pants Company in Hammonton. She was also a school bus aide for the Hammonton School District. Laura was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers Union. She enjoyed gardening, cooking for her family and caring for her dogs. She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas DiGioia. Laura is survived by her caregivers, nephews, Frank DiMatteo and George DelRossi and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, December 6, 2025, 10:30 AM in St. Mary of Mount Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's 226 French Street Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hammonton. A viewing will be held Saturday, morning from 8:45 AM – 10:00am at the Carnesale Funeral Home 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ.
