Helen T. "Bootsie" Sutts, (nee O'Neil), 90, of Winslow passed away Saturday, August 2, 2025, at her residence. Born in Winslow, NJ, she was a lifelong resident there. Bootsie was the Winslow Postmaster for many years. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, the Winslow Township Vol Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, lifelong member of the Winslow Methodist Church where she served as their treasurer.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Sutts, Sr., her parents, Jonathan and Peggy O'Neil, her brothers Jack O'Neil, and Harold "Harry" O'Neil and her sister, Martha Reilly

Bootsie is survived by her two sons, Robert J. Sutts, Jr., and his wife Donna, Gerald L. Sutts, her two grandchildren, Stacey L. Sutts, Michael R. Sutts and his wife Jennifer, her great grandchildren, Cole Sutts and Emma Sutts, two brothers, Kenneth O'Neil and Donald O'Neil (Deborah) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 8, 2025, 11:00 AM at Winslow Methodist Church, 27 Hall Street Winslow. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. A viewing will be held Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ, a second viewing will be held from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Church.
