Anne Elizabeth McManus (nee Dean) 78 of Margate passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025 at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point. Anne was born in Philadelphia, PA where she lived for many years before moving to Margate twelve years ago. She graduated from Saint Maria Goretti High School in Philadelphia, and was a preschool teacher at YCCA - Old Swedes Church before retiring. Anne enjoyed spending time at the shore, walking the boardwalk with her husband and going to the Ocean City rides with any of the many children in her life that she loved so very much. Anne loved traveling with her husband to see her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren do just about anything.

Anne was predeceased by her husband, Edward J. McManus, her parents, John and Ann Dean, her brother in law, Steven McManus, and sister in law, Lucille McManus.

Anne is survived by three children, Michael McManus (Jeanne), Coleen McManus (Sid Monzadah), Erin Varallo (Sal), her sister, Joan Ozlek, her in laws, James McManus, Thomas McManus (Fran), and Doris Philpott (Bill), her seven grandchildren, Josh (Alexis), Frank (Kim), Michael, Julia, Alex (Dan), Nick, and Lizzie, two great grandchildren, Claire and Connor, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A viewing will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Parish - Church of the Epiphany, 2801 Ventnor Avenue, Longport, NJ, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM.
