Olympia Georgoulianos, age 91, of Hammonton, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025 at Seashore Gardens in Galloway due to complications of Alzheimer's.

Olympia was born on Semptember 3, 1933 in Greece to Athanasios and Anastasia Mitroudis.

She is predeceased by her parents and her beloved husband of 70 years, Nikolaos, all of her siblings except one, and great-granddaughter, Avani Valentina Hickman.

She is survived by her sons, Dimitrios (fiancée Ritsa), Athanasios (Barbara), and Kostantinos; seven grandchildren, Barbara (Gregory) Cormier, Stacy (Robert) Merkh, Kate (Morgan) Rizzo, Alexander (fiancée Amy) and Zackary (Skye) Georgoulianos, and Nicholas and Allison Georgoulianos. Great-grandchildren Layla, Lucas, and Wyatt Merkh, Logan, David, and Lillian Cormier, and Morgan, Adeline, and Guinevere Rizzo. She is also survived by her sister Chrisoula Toula Bangala of Greece and many nieces and nephews in Greece and Australia.

Olympia and Nick emigrated from Greece to America with their three young boys in 1970. Here they worked hard, flourished, and had a beautiful home and amazing gardens. Olympia had a super green thumb and loved sharing the bounty of her hard work with friends and loved ones. She worked at Kessler Clothing Factory until it closed and then enjoyed her retirement. Her family, her home, and her gardens were her pride and joy; and especially her grandchildren, whom she often cared for. She truly enjoyed cooking and (over) feeding visitors to their home. Anyone who's ever been there can attest to that fact.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at St. Anthony Greek Orthodox Church, 430 Wheat Road in Vineland, where a Mass will be held at 11:00 AM.
