Norrita Marion Kelty, a lifelong resident of Hammonton, NJ, passed away peacefully at the age of 87, on Sunday, February 2, 2025. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed. Norrita was the beloved wife of John Kelty and the devoted mother of Colleen O'Keefe (husband Michael O'Keefe), Marla Kelty Mitchell, and Tricia Kelty. She was the proud grandmother of Connor Mitchell (wife Gabriela Baker Mitchell), Caroline O'Keefe, Matthew O'Keefe, and Rebecca O'Keefe.

A dedicated homemaker, Norrita found joy in creating a loving home filled with laughter, delicious food, and cherished traditions. She was an amazing cook, best known for her famous Sunday "gravy" and pasta, which brought family and friends together around the table. In her quiet moments, Norrita found great joy in reading, especially mystery and thriller novels, always eager to immerse herself in a gripping story. Her love, generosity, and gentle spirit will be forever remembered by those who knew her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 8, 2025, 11:00 AM in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Anthony of Padua, 285 Route 206 Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of one's choice, in Norrita's memory.
