Obituary of Miguel Rodriguez, Jr.

Miguel "Mike/Jr" Rodriguez, 63, of Elm, NJ passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020 in Virtua Hospital in Marlton, after an extended illness. Born in San Truce, Puerto Rico he lived in this area for many years. He formerly worked as a truck driver for Metro Trucking. Co., where he was awarded the "One Million Miles Safety Award." Mike also worked for Brody Rentals in Maryland and as a mechanic for New York's Dept. of Environmental Protection. He was predeceased by his mother, Carmen Acevedo. Mike is survived by his father, Miguel Rodriguez Diaz; his siblings, Ana Montijo (Candido); Evelyn Rodriguez; Glenda Rodriguez, Lysbeth Mercado (Israel), Rafael Rodriguez (Holly); his brother in law, Ed Rodriguez and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Services and Burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
