I wasn’t aware Joe passed away. I remember him as a an upper classmate who loved to dance at Our Lady of Grace dances every Friday night, Our Lady of Mount Carmel on Saturday nights, and St. Luke’s on Sunday. When Joe danced, the rest of us would form a circle around him to watch him move his feet. Joe was two years my senior and I recall he asked me to dance one time, which definitely intimidated me. I walked out on the floor with him when the song began and within seconds the crowd moved aside to watch Joe’s move. He was so engrossed in his dancing, he hadn’t noticed until the music stopped that I blended into the crowd and wasn’t dancing with him anymore. Joe was a gentleman who had an infectious smile and I’m sure he’s missed by his family and friends. Rest in Peace, Joe.

Joseph's kindhearted nature radiated with gregarious mirth, endearing him deeply within our hearts during his time as a neighbor in Lindenwold. His affable disposition made our lives richer. Losing such an illustrious soul leaves a void that will forever be felt, but his memory will persist as a beacon of joy and friendship in our lives.

Last night I learned of mr. Mckelvey's passing. The last time I saw him was Father's Day 2018. It saddens me to know that he is no longer here. It was a pleasure to know him. He was a dedicated father. He was very kind and caring. He was a great conversationalist, with a sense of humor. I'm so sorry for your loss. My last memory gives me Comfort. I can still see him smiling with that grin. Bagpipe salute to you!
Rest in Peace
Maria
