My father in law was more than then words can say. He was a father to me. He always had a smile for me that followed with good advice. His best advice was SAVE YOUR MONEY. He was always thinking of others before himself. He always had the right words to say. He was always thinking ahead. He touched so many lives. He will be missed by all who knew him. I will miss him very much. I am able to say I am a better man by having you to help guide me for over 40 years. I am comforted in knowing you are looking down on all of us smiling knowing you impacted not just my life but everyone who knew you. I love you Dad. Love, Joe

This was "MY" Uncle Doug, I loved this man deeply, when ever I talked to my cousins I would never ever say good bye without saying tell my "Uncle Doug" I Love Him. Living in California and being away from my home town has not lessened my love for Hammonton for the short time (9 years) I lived there. My New Jersey family is always with me in my heart, and now a piece of that is gone.To all my family I am with you at your side as you lay Uncle Doug to rest, be at peace, keep his memories, and always remember the man he was. R.I.P. Uncle Doug until we meet again, Your Loving Nephew Johnny
