Wilmer J. "Bill" Madden, 85, of Tuckerton, NJ and formerly of Hammonton, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in Seacrest Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Wildwood he was a lifelong South Jersey resident. Bill was a former tuck driver and also formerly worked at Kessler Memorial Hospital as a Security Guard. He was predeceased by his former companion Lola Fischer. Bill is survived by his companion, Mary Rosell of Tuckerton; her children, Lance Rosell, Bradley Rosell, Sheila Rosell, Lori Ann Capaccio, her husband Robert and their dogs, Aspen, Malibu and Quest, who Bill loved as grandchildren. Bill is also survived by his lifelong friends, Ronnie Hill, Bruce Berggren and Theodore "Teddy" Berggren. At Bill's request Funeral Services will be Private.
