Obituary of Robert Farley
Robert W. Farley Sr., 80, of Egg Harbor Township and formerly of Hammonton passed away on December 12, 2017. Born in Lloydell, PA, Mr. Farley lived in Hammonton from 1963 until 1995 when he moved to St. Michael, PA where he lived until 2013 when he moved to Egg Harbor Township. Mr. Farley served in the U.S. Air Force. Before retiring he worked for Whitehall Laboratories in Hammonton. He enjoyed going to watch high school football and baseball games, hunting and fishing. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburg Steelers and Pirates , and Penn State Football. He was predeceased by his wife, Connie Farley, his daughter, Tanya Farley, his parents, Robert A. and Lottie Farley, and his brother, Alexander Farley. He is survived by one son, Robert W. Farley Jr. (Tracy), two grandchildren, Joseph Farley and Ryan Farley all of Egg Harbor Township, and one brother Jack Farley (Pat) of Buena Vista, NJ. A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 6:00 PM. Burial will be held at a later date at Dunmyer Cemetery in Elton, PA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association, donatenow.heart.org.
