Obituary of Steven Michael Taylor

Steven M. Taylor Sr., 43, of Hammonton passed away at home on Sunday, July 17, 2016. Born in Vineland he was a Hammonton resident for thirty years. He attended of Buena Regional High School. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, working on classic cars and raising turtles and reptiles. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He worked as a truck driver and mechanic for the Town of Hammonton Highway Department He was predeceased by his father, Anthony "Duke" DeFelice. He is survived by his wife, Tammy L. Taylor (nee Wooton), one daughter, Misti Taylor (Joseph Lewis); one son, Steven M. Taylor Jr. (Rachel Restuccio); two grandchildren, Kayden Michael Taylor and Gavin Michael Taylor; his mother, Deborah DeFelice; his father in law and mother in law, Donald and Rosemarie Wooton; his sister, Tonya Cline: his brother, Tony Carrelli (Stacey); and his mentor and father figure, Thomas Penza, and several brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 8:00 PM.
