Obituary of Lillian M. Tassone

Lillian M. Tassone, (nee Mento) 89, of Hammonton passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at home. Born in Hammonton she was a lifelong resident there. Mrs. Tassone and her late husband Anthony, formerly owned and operated Lil & Tony's Farm Market in Hammonton. Her greatest joy was spending time and taking care of her grandchildren. She was predeaceased by her husband, Anthony L. and her grandson, Robert A. Tassone. Mrs. Tassone is survived by her three sons, Anthony D. and his wife Laura, Joseph T. and his wife Donna, Robert B. and his wife Jacqueline; one daughter, Lilletta T. Fasano and her husband Salvatore; her sister, Josephine Domenico, 9 grandchildren, Josh, Ryan, Kristin, Becky, Amanda, John, Zack, Tony and Faith and 11 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 11:00am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Anthony of Padua 285 Route 206, Hammonton, where a viewing will be held from 10:00am until 11:00am. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
